Refund & Cancellation Policy

पं. मधुसूदन चतुर्वेदी जी (madhusudanchaturvedi.com) में हम पूर्ण पारदर्शिता एवं विश्वास में विश्वास रखते हैं। वैदिक अनुष्ठानों में शुभ मुहूर्त एवं व्यक्तिगत तैयारी की आवश्यकता होती है, इसलिए हमने एक स्पष्ट एवं निष्पक्ष रद्दीकरण एवं धनवापसी नीति स्थापित की है।

Our Booking Model — No Full Online Payments

To ensure authenticity and a personal connection with every devotee, Pt. Madhusudan Chaturvedi does not accept full Puja payments through automated website checkouts. Our process is as follows:

1You contact us or submit an inquiry through our website at madhusudanchaturvedi.com.
2Pt. Madhusudan Chaturvedi Ji personally speaks with you to understand your Kundli, concerns, and requirements.
3Once a Muhurat and date are finalized, a nominal upfront booking amount (Token Fee) is requested via UPI or Bank Transfer to reserve your slot and initiate purchase of Puja Samagri (ritual materials).
4The remaining Puja Dakshina balance is paid directly in Ujjain at the time of the Anushthan, or settled before the Online Puja begins.

Cancellation by the Devotee (Yajman)

We understand that travel plans and personal circumstances can change. Our cancellation terms for the upfront booking amount are as follows:

Cancellation 48+ Hours Before Scheduled Puja If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time, we will issue a 100% full refund of your nominal booking amount — no questions asked.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Scheduled Puja If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the nominal booking amount becomes non-refundable. The slot was locked exclusively for you, turning away other devotees, and physical Puja Samagri may have already been purchased in your name.

No-Shows (No Prior Communication) If you fail to arrive or connect at the scheduled date and time without prior communication, the booking amount is strictly non-refundable and the slot will be considered canceled.

Rescheduling a Puja

If you cannot make it to your scheduled slot but wish to perform the Puja at a later date, please contact Pt. Madhusudan Chaturvedi Ji at least 24 hours in advance.

We will happily carry forward your booking amount and reschedule your Puja to the next available auspicious Muhurat — without any additional booking fees.

Cancellation by Pt. Madhusudan Chaturvedi Ji

In the extremely rare event that Pt. Madhusudan Chaturvedi Ji is unable to perform the scheduled Puja due to severe medical emergencies, unavoidable personal circumstances, or events beyond his control, we will immediately notify you. You will be given the option to:

  • Reschedule the Puja to a new date of your convenience at the next available auspicious Muhurat.
  • Receive a 100% full and immediate refund of your booking amount to the original source of payment.

Post-Puja Refunds

Vedic rituals are spiritual services that require the immediate consumption of physical Samagri (ritual materials) and the dedicated time of Pt. Madhusudan Chaturvedi Ji.

No refunds can be requested or issued once the Sankalp (initiation) has been taken and the Puja has been performed. By proceeding with the booking, the devotee acknowledges and accepts this condition.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

We do not make cancellations difficult. To request a cancellation or reschedule, simply reach out using the exact contact method you used to make your booking.

Please provide the following details when contacting us:

  • Your full name and registered mobile number.
  • Your scheduled Puja date and the service booked.
  • Screenshot or reference number of your payment.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your cancellation request is approved based on the 48-hour criteria mentioned above, the refund will be initiated immediately.

  • Refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (UPI or Bank Account).
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • For UPI payments, the refund is typically faster and may reflect within 1 to 2 business days.
